Kyle Richards Reveals She Bought Another House: "Real Estate Is What I Love"
Kyle Richards just bought a new property amid her separation from Mauricio Umansky. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member spoke with The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025, where she opened up about her current real estate portfolio and is she had any plans to sell any of the properties that they share together.
"I just bought another home," she exclusively revealed. She admitted that she has a deep passion for real estate. This is fitting since two of her daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexia Umansky, are real estate agents, in addition to Mauricio, who is the founder of The Agency, a global real estate brokerage.
"You know, people do stocks. They do other investments. Like, real estate is what I love," she stated. "I'm very passionate about it. It's the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning. People think I am looking through my emails. No, I am looking at real estate all the time. I know every market of every state you could imagine."
Is Kyle Richards selling any of her properties?
No she is not. "You know, Mau and I have talked and we don't want to sell any of our homes," she admitted to The Daily Dish.
She continued, noting that Mauricio is quite pleased with her knowledge in real estate. "I mean, Mau is very impressed when I tell him, 'Oh, you know, I saw this property here. This is how much they're going for,'" she said.
"He's like, 'You really do know your stuff,'" she added.
