Summary It's a happy time for some of the housewives, as Yolanda celebrates her anniversary with David, Kim takes an exuberant ride in a racecar, and Carlton shops for racy lingerie with...her mother-in-law?! Brandi and Joyce avoid each other at a fitting for Kyle's upcoming fashion show, but they come face to face when Lisa invites them to a group dinner at Sur. Neither Brandi nor Joyce hold their feelings back and the night devolves into name-calling and the lobbing of "f-bombs."
Bravo Blog: Yolanda’s Hearts Were Juvenille

My apologies for not writing my blog last week. On top of holiday craziness, our beloved dog Roxy passed away. Thank you for all of your kind and supportive words. They were very appreciated. This is going to be a short blog as the episode already passed and we are on to the next.
After Palm Springs and all the craziness I was hoping we had all turned a corner. I accepted Yolanda's invitation to her dinner party and was hoping things would go smoothly. When I look back and see moments between Lisa and I joking and laughing (like we were when we first got to Yolanda's) it makes me sad about everything that has happened between us.
I found it ironic and somewhat amusing that I had been criticized in Palm Springs for telling Yolanda, Lisa, and Brandi that they acted as though they were a team -- and now here we were in Yolanda's home for her dinner party and she is referring to the three of them as "The Dream Team."
For someone who is so quick to criticize someone on their etiquette, I felt that Yolanda perhaps needed to brush up on her own etiquette skills. The hearts on the place cards were juvenile and in bad taste. Do I believe it was her subconscious? No. I could be wrong, but either way it showed me that moving forward was going to be more difficult than I had hoped.
Brandi clearly still has issues with Joyce and it was uncomfortable to watch. The group feels very divided and this dinner was making me feel less hopeful that peace was on the horizon.
Thankfully the Tenors brought a much needed distraction to the dinner with their beautiful music. If only they could be at all our dinners. . .
